The True TUC-27F-D-2 Two Drawer Undercounter Freezer is designed using the highest quality materials and components to provide the user with colder product temperatures, lower utility costs and exceptional food safety. True utilizes stainless steel with a high tensile strength to minimize dents and scratches to the front, sides and top. The back of the unit is a matching finished aluminum. The freezer features (2) front facing stainless steel drawers. Each drawer is fitted with a 12 inch long handle and accommodates (1) full size 12 inch x 20 inch x 6 inch deep food pan. The drawers will also support varying size food pan configurations with divider bars. Each drawer and magnetic drawer gasket is removable for easy cleaning. The cabinet has an attractive interior with a clear coated aluminum liner, stainless steel floor, and covered corners. The entire cabinet structure and drawer facings are foamed-in-place using Ecomate. Ecomate is a high density polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). A 3 inch castor option lowers the working height to an ADA compliant 34 inches. Ideally suited for both frozen foods and ice cream, the TUC-27F-D-2 boasts an extra-large evaporator coil to maintain -10F (-23.3C) cabinet temperatures. The sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and larger fan blades give True undercounter units a more efficient, low velocity, high volume airflow design.
